atelier calico is a bespoke metal and woodworking practice making hand crafted furniture and architectural elements.

My carpentry uses mostly traditional hand-tools, and centres around finding the right materials and techniques to build something that will stand the test of time.

In conjunction, the machine shop produces bespoke hardware using lathes, mills, and other manual machining processes, creating either standalone pieces or integrated elements for furniture.

With more than a decade of experience and a background in fine art, my work is informed by creativity and expression as much as precision and craft.

My work covers both residential and commercial - with projects delivered in Paris, London and New York
